Modern hotel with modern facilities, marvellous location close to the train station. Free parking nearby provided. The ambience was quiet.

Had really good stay for one night, the staff were absolutely courteous, location was wonderful close to train station. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was exceptional! Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and bars, and Tokyo. It was just a walking distance from Satsuma Yashiki no Ato.

Good location, we were very close to bus stations and temples and other historic sights and a main avenue with excellent connections to subway. It also was so close to everything.

Our room was air-conditioned and surprisingly large, provided with the garden, an attached shower plus tatami mats. The setting was beautiful, near to temples and other historic sights.

Was a chilled-out base for trip. Loved Kyoto, the hotel was lovely old very near the centre of town. Courteous staff in explaining how their ryokan operates, rooms were air conditioned. The bathroom was large, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Family room had facilities you could need. The bathroom was modern style and it had a hair dryer, bath sheets, and slippers for my convenience. The hotel was in an AMAZING location really close to subway stations and bus stations as well as popular eateries and tourist attractions.

Traditional building and rooms with beautiful decoration. Exceptionally comfortable bed, incredibly welcoming staff. Beautiful and amazing location not too far from Ninja Dojo and Store.

The staff carried our rain-soaked bags. Traditional wooden ryokan with lovely garden. Comfy room with tea set, Yukata robes, and TV. Bathrooms had toiletries. Delicious Japanese breakfast.
